4 boneless chicken breasts
Marinade
1/2 cup peanut butter
1/2 cup water
1/4 cup soy sauce
4 cloves minced garlic
2T lemon juice
2T brown sugar
3/4 t ground ginger
1/2 t crushed red pepper
- Cut chicken into strips.
- Place in ziploc.
- Combine all marinade ingredients in saucepan.
- Cook over medium heat for 1 minute, stirring constantly.
- Mix with chicken in Ziploc.
- Marinate in fridge 6 hours or overnight.
- Thread on skewers (a messy task, but worth it) and grill.
